Shipping within Indonesia

Flat rate shipping nationwide. Orders placed before 16:00 WIB are processed the same working day.

International shipping

We ship coffee worldwide from Jakarta by tracked airmail. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days once dispatched, though customs processing in your country can add time beyond that.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate, and is free on larger orders - the exact threshold is shown in your cart before you pay.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Where your country applies them, they are payable by you on delivery. Thresholds and rates vary widely, so please check your local rules if you are unsure what to expect.

What we can and cannot ship abroad

Coffee beans, drip coffee, brewing equipment and coffee gift sets ship worldwide.

Fresh items - cakes, pastries, puddings, hampers containing them, and bottled drinks - are available within Indonesia only. These are made fresh and will not survive international transit.

Freshness

Coffee is roasted in Indonesia and sealed before dispatch. For the best cup, store it somewhere cool and dark, away from direct sunlight, and grind as close to brewing as you can.
